Some players pull on the shirt. Some players help define what it means to wear it.
Coming April, Eastleigh Pirates Rugby Club will come together to celebrate one of its true club legends, Paul Fudio, with a testimonial match recognising an incredible contribution to the club.
With more than 500 appearances and an extraordinary 27 seasons in the black, red and gold, Paul has been a constant presence throughout the club’s history. Across nearly three decades, he has given an enormous amount to Eastleigh Pirates, building friendships, sharing countless memories and becoming a familiar face to generations of players.
Reaching 500 appearances is an achievement in itself. Doing so while representing the same club across 27 seasons makes it something truly special. Paul’s commitment and longevity deserve to be celebrated properly.
One club. Countless memories. One unforgettable career.
The testimonial will be an opportunity to bring together players, friends and supporters from throughout Paul’s rugby journey.
We’re inviting former teammates, players from other clubs and everyone who has shared the pitch or a changing room with Paul to come along, pull on their boots and be part of the occasion.
Whether you’ve played alongside him for years or crossed paths with him along the way, we’d love to see you there.
There will be a post-match gathering, food and a fully open bar, giving everyone the chance to catch up, share stories and raise a glass to a remarkable Pirates career.
